Corporate and Private Tax-Deductible Sponsorship/Contributor Opportunities Include:

$ Apple of Your Eye Sponsor. Your $10,000 donation will help sponsor school-based enhancement vision therapy programs for a minimum of 10 students.

$ Apple Orchard Sponsor. Your $5,000 donation will sponsor 200 clinic-based vision therapy sessions for a minimum of 5 students.

$ Apple Tree Sponsor. Your $2,500 will sponsor school comprehensive vision exams for approximately 100 students.

 $ Apple Blossom Sponsor. Your $1,500 donation will sponsor 10 vision health awareness workshops, each reaching approximately 150 participants.

$ Apple Seed Sponsor. Your $1,000 donation will sponsor several free health fair vision screenings, reaching approximately 200 participants.

Your donations will be used to help us bridge the ever-widening gap betwen the costs of providing this service and the resources provided by small grants and patient fees. Most of our patients are economically disadvantaged and pay on a sliding-fee scale.
